We currently ship to almost every country worldwide. Just add your item(s) to your cart to see if your country is currently listed. If it isn’t send us an e-mail to or use the contact form and we’ll see what we can do for you.

All orders are shipped via USPS and rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

For shipping, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed after your purchase - i.e. prior to it being shipped out for delivery.

Once your order is processed, an e-mail will be sent to you with a tracking number and your estimated delivery time.

Estimated Shopping Delivery Times & Costs

USA: Standard First Class Shipping & Priority Mail available for all Domestic U.S orders. Rates & costs vary based on choice selected at checkout. Standard First Class shipping is typically 2-8 business days.

Canada: Costs vary based on choice selected at checkout. Shipping is typically 5-10 business days

Rest of World: Costs vary based on choice selected at checkout. Shipping is typically 10-20 business days (Remember customs processing times may vary, see International shipping below).

International Shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. These factors are out of our control.

Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

Check your tracking order to make sure there were no additional delays by the post office and also verify with them just to make sure. Also check your shipping confirmation and verify that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address. Unfortunately, the new order will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us here. Please don't forget to include your order number. We'll do our best to get your order fixed. If you’ve verified everything and for some reason your order still hasn’t arrived within the estimated tracking date(s), be sure to let us know!

Please keep in mind we are not responsible for stolen or lost mail/orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Hopefully you enjoyed your purchase! But hey, we understand things happen. If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), let us know and we will do our best to make things right.

Damaged Items

The last thing we want is for you to end up with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 7 days so we could replace it!

Wrong Size

If you're unhappy with the size you received, please first check that the size stated on the item matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the item was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us here and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

Here are few other things to keep in mind for your returns

1. You have 15 days from your delivery date to return your items. No returns/exchanges after 15 days.

2. Items must be in 100% new condition (unused/unwashed) and not altered in any form to be returned.

3. Purchases for Discount/On Sale items are final.

4. You are responsible for cost of return shipping on all return items - unless your reason for returning was our fault like incorrect size or receiving a damaged item for example. If the fault was ours, then your new item will be sent to you at no other additional shipping cost.

If you need to return an item, please send us an email to with the order number found on your invoice or the e-mail sent after your purchase. We will then send you instructions on where to send your return.

Once we receive your item(s), it will first be inspected, then you’ll receive an e-mail notifying you that we got the item(s). You will also get a notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you will get a full refund of the purchase amount issued back to the original form of payment. Keep in mind the refund may take a few days before you get it back.

If your refund is going back to your card and you do not receive anything at all, please first check your bank account to confirm no delivery. Then get in touch with your bank or card company, there may be some processing delays before your refund is officially posted.

Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping fees and ALL RETURNS are subject to a restocking fee.
